1
00:00:00.250 --> 00:00:03.913
Your phone rang while you were under a truck. You didn't get to it.

2
00:00:03.913 --> 00:00:07.357
That call didn't wait around. He called the shop down the road,

3
00:00:07.357 --> 00:00:10.146
and they booked the job that was about to be yours.

4
00:00:10.146 --> 00:00:12.770
Most owners have no idea how often that happens,

5
00:00:12.770 --> 00:00:15.066
or what a month of it actually costs them.

6
00:00:15.066 --> 00:00:17.308
So put in three numbers you already know.

7
00:00:17.308 --> 00:00:20.861
How many calls you miss, how often you close the ones you answer,

8
00:00:20.861 --> 00:00:22.666
and what an average job is worth.

9
00:00:22.666 --> 00:00:25.126
You'll have your number in about ten seconds.

10
00:00:25.126 --> 00:00:27.750
If it stings, that's the point. Come talk to us.
